Picture this: It was an amazing sunset at Dadaepo Beach in Busan, South Korea. We were there with our closest friends, simply enjoying the stunning view. Suddenly, out of nowhere, one of our buddies shouted, "Hey, look! A fish just jumped!" At first, we couldn't believe it was true, thinking it was too good to be real. But as more and more fish started leaping out of the water, our doubts disappeared. The atmosphere was calm, and everyone was fully present in the moment, sharing smiles and laughter. It was one of those moments that rarely happens these days.

Hi, we're Denny and Flo, the co-founders of Tribe. Our journey started at a Korean university, where we happened to meet through the international students community. Despite initially being strangers, we found that the pandemic had an interesting effect on connections, making them more authentic and meaningful. Over time, we formed a community, which we affectionately refer to as our Tribe. Together, we've explored various cultural activities and embarked on exciting hiking adventures, creating lasting memories during our journey abroad.

After graduation, we each went our separate ways and relocated to different cities for work. We deeply felt the absence of those profound connections we once had. Building new friendships and meaningful relationships became challenging. This realization sparked an idea: what if we could help others discover their own Tribe? We envisioned a platform that would foster genuine connections, similar to what we experienced. At the core, we believe that people yearn for authentic relationships, and Tribe aims to be a space where individuals can form lasting friendships that go beyond just a passing moment. It's all about creating that sense of community and belonging that we all crave.
